By far the best experience ever! Marqus and his team were phenomenal. Answered all my questions and concerns. The job didn’t take as long as I expected. The repair and paint job was amazing they color matched my car amazing. Over all the greatest experience. Would highly recommend

I wasn’t going to write a review but i just keep seeing problems after i got my truck back after 2 months of waiting to receive my car just for the service to be unsatisfactory I have a cable dangling from under my bumper From them replacing it, I don’t know where that cable is from. My fenders are loose because they didn’t install them on properly. Overall this experience with extremely frustrating after constantly calling for two months trying to get updates. They kept telling me that they were working on the car that the car was being worked on just for them not to start working on it up until the last two weeks before I received it and I confirmed this because there were two different people working with me on this car and the first guy kept telling me that everything was being delayed. The parts were delivered to the wrong caliber collision in a different state. I don’t know how he Manage to do that I would not recommend this location based off my experience completely unsatisfactory Service

Had a seamless experienced getting my front bumper, fender, and headlight fixed. They finished working on the car when they said they would, they had great collaboration of care with Enterprise which made getting into and returning my rental car effortless, and they gave my car back looking brand new and pristine. Thank you to the team at Caliber.

UPDATE The entire experience, from drop-off to pick-up, far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Ian was great; keeping me updated every bit along the way. Not only did I get my vehicle back looking as if nothing has ever happened but I got it back a week earlier than the original promise date. That is unheard of in this industry. You stand out in a class above the rest. Thank you for the experience! ORIGINAL POST Chose this location because it had higher ratings than the two closer to home. I can see why. I've only dropped the car off for service, but if the drop-off experience is any indication of the rest of the experience, and it usually is, they will have easily earned the 5 stars. Pleasant welcome and check-in by staff. Clean facility. Professional inspection with Ian. Stress free! These are "before" pics. Looking forward to the "after" pics.
